I have a passion for helping businesses and their teams perform to their potential.

I'm a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with more than 25 years' experience, working across a wide range of businesses — PE-backed, AIM-listed and privately owned — and industries including software, construction, manufacturing, e-commerce and retail.

Most of my clients didn't start their business to become their own finance director. They're business builders who've ended up carrying the numbers because no one else reliably could — and that's exactly the gap I fill.

I founded Gemirgo Consultants to give ambitious SME owners the senior financial support they need without the cost of a full-time hire. Many of my clients are profitable but frustrated: spending too long on finances, unsure where the cash is, and lacking a trusted person to help them make decisions.
